Do I have to participate in everything?
Not at all. Her Inner Village is meant to support your life, not add another obligation to it. Participate in what feels helpful and skip what doesn't.
Is Her Inner Village therapy?
No. Her Inner Village is an educational and supportive community and isn't psychotherapy or a substitute for individualized mental health care.
